Sales Executive
SalesPhishFort’s mission is to help companies combat one of the biggest security challenges in the crypto industry – phishing. We work with top tier companies in the space who care deeply about the value of their brand and their user’s security and wellbeing online.
PhishFort has grown quickly over the last few months and our customer acquisition has enabled us to make important progress towards combating phishing in the crypto industry. This role will focus on sales of our industry-leading anti-phishing service on a transactional and subscription (SaaS) basis. This role will develop new business, increase sales revenue, manage existing accounts, and maintain ongoing client relationships. This role will meet assigned revenue and productivity targets including new business sales from cold and warm lead sources, lead generation, lead qualification, trial support, renewals of existing clients, and market research activities. This role will engage in sales activities via telephone, email, and social media.
- Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities through a variety of strategic prospecting and account development activities typically with wallets, exchanges and dapps in the crypto industry.
- Present our products and services to current, former, and potential clients through cold calling, warm calling, email, social media activities, and in person.
- Assume full sales and account management responsibility for assigned customers
- Proactively manage end-to-end business development process, including sales pipeline management.
- Demonstrate and apply expert level of consultative selling skills and ability to navigate a sales process through its entire life cycle.
- Protect core business through retaining current customer spend as well as maximizing potential spend through new business sales and additional sales to existing clients.
- Record and monitor the success of all sales activities by detailing information on all activity in our internal CRM toolsRepresent business unit and company at conferences to promote our products on an as-needed basis.

Phishing Analyst
SOCPhishFort is hiring a phishing analyst to help identify and shut down attacks targeting our clients. The role of an analyst is to verify whether incidents flagged by our proprietary technology are legitimate attacks, and if they are, act swiftly to respond to the offending content down by taking it down.
- Investigate alerts generated by our detection system to determine whether the content in question is a live or potential attack.
- Initiate takedown requests by communicating with domain registrars, hosting providers, app stores, and third party providers to remove the offending content.
- Interact with our clients to receive takedown requests and respond to queries.
- Research trends within the collected data by the system.
- Develop new methods of identifying malicious content by extending our suite of tools.
- Technical background, preferably a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or a similar field.
- In-depth knowledge of the internet, registrars, and ISPs is highly advantageous.
- Scripting, development, and automation skills using Python, Powershell, NodeJS, etc.
- Ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated and directed.
- Good communication skills, including the ability to speak and write proficiently in English.
Threat Detection Engineer
EngineeringPhishFort is a fast-growing international startup deeply involved in global anti-phishing efforts. We are on a mission to build the most sophisticated and customer-friendly anti-phishing and brand-protection systems in the world, with a focus on industry-specific attacks and unique countermeasures. Since its inception, PhishFort has been continually growing partnerships with leading threat-intelligence, cybersecurity, and technology companies. The result of these high-profile partnerships has led PhishFort to directly impact the security posture of over 400 million monthly active users around the world through other integrations, not counting the millions of users of our clients protected by our solution every day.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain a diverse range of solutions to detect threats across multiple platforms and languages, primarily focusing on Typescript. Including but not limited to web-scraping and API integrations.
- Design and implement threat detection algorithms that scan DNS, domains, social networks, and other internet platforms for potential threats.
- Collaborate closely with the Data Science and Research teams to integrate predictive models into the detection systems.
- Improve the scalability and performance of our existing detection systems deployed on AWS and GCP.
- Engage in end-to-end ownership from concept to deployment, including specifications, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Assess new technologies and methods to improve the detection systems continually.
- Participate in code reviews and other processes to ensure high-quality code deployments.
- Provide third-level support for the developed solutions.
- Be expected to work autonomously, make key decisions on how to approach complex problems. There will always be multiple ways to approach a problem, and you will be expected to make the most value-conscious choice between them. This is an engineering role, not just a coding role.

Senior Full Stack Engineer
EngineeringPhishFort is looking to find a talented full-stack developer to take on the continued development of core systems including but not limited to detection infrastructure, incident processing, internal tools and customer facing web apps.
While working at PhishFort, some of the things you may possibly do include:
- Build a diverse range of solutions to detect, process and aid in takedown of existing threats on the internet. Including but not limited to web-scraping and API integrations.
- Be expected to work autonomously, make key decisions on how to approach complex problems. There will always be multiple ways to approach a problem, and you will be expected to make the most value-conscious choice between them. This is an engineering role, not a coding role.
- Expanding existing APIs to add additional functionality.
- Engaging with various stakeholders in some degree of requirements gathering or feedback.
- Interacting and meeting with multiple industry-leading partners to expand our detection, threat intelligence and takedown capabilities.
- Possibly implementing user-facing front-ends as both plain web pages and browser plugin views, internal tools for analysts or other operations.
- Building and updating user interfaces according to a design specification or feedback.
- Optimizing the performance footprint of various PhishFort systems.
- Degree in computer science or engineering (good academic performance will be advantageous). Demonstrably-equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Prior experience with the development of full-stack web apps and process pipelines.
- Experience in the fields of cybersecurity, threat intelligence would be advantageous.
- Experience in the field of cryptocurrency will be a slight advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn (technology is constantly evolving, and so should we).
